Was this song based on a Faulconer Prod. track?

This is the song in question: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DOChDH9UFoQ

Most of the Legacy of Goku songs were either remixes or inspired by songs from the Faulconer Productions soundtrack, but I don't recognise this song from the show.

That's something I always personally wondered about. And...well, the closest thing I could come up with was that the opening to that song kind of sounded like the opening to this song...

But, even then, their melodies go off in radically different directions after the first few seconds, so...I dunno.

That bugged me for the longest time too. I'm sure the game had original themes along with the Faulconer Production remixes. I feel like Scott Morgan would have an idea... but I haven't seen him on here for the longest.

Oh wow, certain sections of the song sound similiar to the Faulconer Prod. Paikuhan theme to me, like they were going for some kind of sound-alike remix or something, aha.

I primarily rip and upload unreleased Faulconer Productions music, as well as some other American dub music.

At 1:16 it's a remix of Team Faulconer's Goku Super Saiyan Transformation theme. A few of the remixes in these games can be pretty subtle.

Out of topic, but I think some of the music of this game was better than it's anime counterpart.

Altough I am Japanese original fan, music in LOG grown up on me a lot when I was playing and I really loved most of the tracks.
I also think that it suited the game way better than the show and that most of the arrangements were better hence the inferior quality of GBA sound.

This one is awesome https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hpkLR7Wkg-w
