What is your favorite dub opening? :D
Dub or original, doesn`t matter what language? :D

For me it`s Vic Mignogna`s Dragon Ball and the german Head Chala! :D

Is there any other choice? :P
Actually yes :).
The Season Set Opening and Bruce Faulconer opening from the Buu saga are both better (to me :D)

The German opening for Dragon Ball. That techno song just makes me so nostalgic for the 90s.

Besides the Japanese, I like the Cantonese opening.

Ocean's GT Opening.
Zephyr wrote:The fandom's collective fetishizing of "moments" is also ridiculous to me. No, not everyone needs a fucking "shine" moment. If that's all you want, then all you want is fanservice, rather than an actual coherent story. And of course those aren't mutually exclusive; you could have a coherent story with "shine" moments! But if a story is perfectly coherent (and I'm really not seeing any compelling arguments that this one is anything but, despite constantly recurring, really poorly reasoned, attempts to argue otherwise), and you're bemoaning the lack of "shine" moments as a reason for the story's poor quality, then you're letting your thirst for "shine" moments obfuscate your ability to detect basic storytelling when it's right in front of you.

Incredibly nostalgic for me, some of the first DB related material I ever watched.

Rock the Dragon is awesome, even if the lyrics are a little corny. That "stand by for Dragon Ball Z" bit at the start, the animal like scream that follows and all the action scenes get me pumped up everytime.

Mystical Adventure (even though they changed the style of the beat) and Vic Mignogna's Dragon Soul.

Goku didn't die in GT. The show sucked him off so much, it was impossible to keep him in the world of the living, so he ascended beyond mortality.

I always side eye the people who say "Now my kids/today's kids can experience what I did as a child!" Nigga, who gives a fuck about your childhood? You're an adult now and it was at least 15 years ago. Let the kids have their own experience instead of picking at a corpse.

Dragon Soul, as performed by Vic Mignogna. One of the catchiest theme songs I've ever heard.

I'd say the Faulconer track over the We Gotta Power animation.

I'm with you there. That, and the English dubs of the GT themes. Dan Dan being my favorite of those.

Spanish Latino Cha-La Head Cha-La! by Ricardo Silvia.

Actually, all of the openings in the Mexican dub are great. Faithful and just as catchy.

Though I didn't grow up with this opening, it makes Rock the Dragon and the Bruce Faulconer CN opening look like crap (And I loved those intros).
