Firstly, I love the term "Team Faulconer." I'll have to start using that!
Secondly, as for your question, this particular track is almost definitely unreleased-- I don't recall ever hearing this on any of the CDs. I don't believe CoyCoy has ripped it either, since it does not seem to be among his current rips.

Bah, this is frustrating. For some reason the video isn't loading up all the way for me, but could you be refering to the beginning of this rip?

...Anyways though, no, that's not it. The theme starts out similarly to one of the Circus themes, but then immediately explodes into very aggressive, heavy guitar after 10 seconds. A little bit like the "Beyond Belief" theme, but only about half as fast.

Oh, I finally got the video to play! Hmm... Yeah, the theme your talking about is in fact officially unreleased. Never made it to CD. It originally played when Vegeta killed Android 19. I do have a rip of it!
