I wouldn't run around screaming plagiariser just yet. A couple of fairly generic songs may be coincidental. Once you start seeing the frequency of similarities we saw with Yamamoto, then you should start panicking. For right now, I don't see any of this as damning evidence.

Yeah, composers in Japan, for all types of media, tend you uses brief samples of other songs for their own arrangements or scores. It's just that Yamamoto went overboard and got caught.

This is what I stated before I mean why would toei risk the chance of having another artist that infringed and go through all that crap again? I'm pretty sure they checked him out before kai and if he had infringed someone else would've composed for kai, bog, fnf, super etc.

This really isn't a sound argument. You're making assumptions that have no evidence to back them up. Toei is incompetent with things like this, that much we know. The evidence should speak for itself, and as things stand, several tracks so far sound plagiarized.
