Unreleased cue from DragonBall, very rare. The only other time it's heard in the series is in DB episode 42, in a scene involving Ninja Murasaki and a snowmobile. My unofficial name for it is "Snowmobilin'"... try this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aldkPvo-S2s
