Sound Effect Help

Does anyone know of a way to rip the sound effect that played when 18 broke vegeta's arm in kai. I know the yamamoto project does exist but I want to do my own iteration of it and all I really need is that effect. Would really appreciate the help!

I know of two instances where the sound plays with no background music or voices in the background
Japanese Z, when iirc 18 knees Vegeta's stomach
Japanese Kai (Yamamoto), it's been years since I watched it, but there is one on Goku vs Freeza, I think when Freeza keeps beating him down while he's charging the Genki Dama

You could use Funi Z 5.1 audio track on scenes where there is no background music. Funi Kai 5.1 audio is a bit more difficult, though.

Hm I'll have to check, one of the Placements I'm doing is based off of z's kikuchi placement so I'll have to look at the episode regardless. And it's the same six from the Yamamoto version correct? Because if I recall in kikuchi kai the sfx in that scene didn't have it.
