Is there a complete credits list per track of the Faulconer Productions score?

Since it doesn't seem to come with the OST I'd like to know who did which track and what contribution each person had on them.

No and I’m sure it’d be extremely difficult to pinpoint every last track, especially considering the dozens of unreleased tracks

Your best bet may be cRookie_Monster. It's possible to contact him via Email, PM or so (seems he may not have seen this thread about the Faulconer Productions' inquiry) for a somewhat quicker response (though he'd probably have to look up or remember who made which track).
