Who is responsible for the remixed Kikuchi music in DBZ Movies 12 & 13 in some European dubs?

In some European dubs in DBZ Movies 12 & 13 there are remixes of Kikuchi's music from DBZ Movie 13. Did Kikuchi remix these soundtracks for the European theatrical release or did someone else do that? Because some instruments in these remixes sound different than Kikuchi's.

For the remix part i don't really know, but since I'm french lemme explain you something.

Basically in france dbz movie 12 and 13 came out in theaters as "Dragon ball z: the movie" (no idea why), and from what i heard, AB productions, the society who made the french dub and green dub, did not "like" the bgms in movie 12, so they decided to remplace it with movie 13 score, so when you buy a VHS tape of this movie in french, you will have the entire score made of movie13 bgms.
So i can guarentee you (atleast for french dub) theres no remix, they just remplaced movie 12 score by movie 13 one

These sound like covers or newly composed replacement tracks. I only recognized one of the melodies in the clips belonging to Kikuchi but I'm not an expert on his music.

Firstly, for the 12th movie score, it's just the original tracks from the 13th movie without any changes, just their pitch was modified (positively, and maybe speed was modified too?)
Now for movie 13's score, indeed, these are completely different compositions, a replacement score.
Well, I did some research, and If I'm correct, this dub came out in 1995, and Kikuchi's last work was in Doraemon til 2005, so the dub was made when he was still active, now if he composed them, or who composed them, I don't know, it seems that just there isn't any info about it on internet, so I believe the only way I you can discover something would be contacting someone who worked on this dub.
I personally don't think that Kikuchi would rework his entire score for a movie just for a particular dub to use it, also these remixes contains instruments that just doesn't match his style for me, so I'll go with the idea that someone else composed them.

It's because none of the two films reach the necessary time mark needed for a theatrical release of a film established by the west, which is at least more than 1 hour long, so for that, they merged the two films into a single run, thus being able to have more than 1 hour of film, here in Latin America, the same happened with Movies 12 and 9, released under the title "Battle in Two Worlds", the only movie that was released here in theaters without having to be merged with another was Tree of Might, this one whose was called "Dragon Ball Z: The Movie", as this is the only movie that is more than 1 hour long besides Broly 1, Path to Power and the most recent ones.

All of the tracks in both videos were composed by him, well at least the original ones from Movie 13.
I simply wouldn't want to imagine my life without Dragon Ball, thank you Akira Toriyama (1955-2024), you are now immortal.
