Thoughts?
Pretty interesting theory, man... That could be a thing.

Thoughts about this "huge" spoiler HEROES have gave to us?
Power levels are not just big numbers:
Spoiler:
Power levels establish tension and drama. People who care about them (well, people who care about them in a narrative) don't care about the big numbers or the fancy explosions. If you have character A who's so much above character B, who's the main character, you're gonna be left wondering how in the hell character B, the character we're supposed to care and root for, is going to escape the situation or overcome the odds. It makes us emotionally invested.
If character B doesn't escape the situation in a believable way that's consistent with previous events, then that emotional investment is gone. It was pointless tension, pointless drama made just to suck in the viewer. It has no critical value whatsoever. The audience is left believing that the author can just create whatever scenarios he wants and what happens to the characters is decided by whatever the author wants to happen, regardless of the events that happened in the story. Which, in fairness, is what happens, but the audience wants to be fooled. The audience wants to know that the world they're following has rules. That the world they're invested in isn't going to bend to external factors that are irrelevant to them.
An author can do whatever he wants with the characters, that's not false. But the author should also have the responsibility to make sure it fits in cohesively with the other events in the narrative he has created.

Originally,there were 18 universes.
Why power levels are important?

So were back to 12 universes... usually i would be angry at stuff like this, but i just love the way characters were threated this episode. Even jiren got character development, the character that i least expect from.

When U6 got restored, I didn't see Frost at all, *Sigh* I might be wrong tough, seems like if the other 6 universes are still gone, to bad.
Oh man, Frost is back and so is Freeza on this throne..
This is siiiiicccckkk..
Frost overcame everything in the end, a good design beats all and frost is the living proof.. Y'all can thank him because if he wasn't there, all these sorry ass Universes would stay dead..
The Lord moves in mysterious ways but you don't have to. Please use your blinker
This image reminds me of all the U6's namekians who gave their lives thinking it was the only way to save their universe. Well, they shouldn't have bothered!

If this includes all 18 universes then the universe that future zeno destroyed in trunk's timeline should be back aswell. All the potential this brings.

How so?
His crazy non dying abilities and good looks forced nature to go out of it's way to restore him and while it was at it, his future kingdom of every universe ever was restored with him..
Yeah, that's right, a good design overcomes all..
Seriously though, really happy his design wasn't just wasted off..

Frost is there.
All I can think about is will we finally get to see why they call him Dr. Rota.

We don't know if Vegeta can use it whenever he wants as it could be like UI where he has to be in a tough situation. Even if he can, I think it's as strong as Goku's ×20 Kaioken Blue so he's equal to him or slightly stronger at best.
July 9th 2018 will be remembered as the day Broly became canon.
