That's almost impossible. I doubt Goku vs Jiren will be less than 3 episodes and all the top dogs are still on the arena.

Julian, please don't hate me, but be realistic, Tien did absolutely NOTHING aside from that Cell arc's cool 3 minutes, and maybe a minute in the Buu saga anime

He's like a ghost for now, he saved Roshi but he's still a non character


Regarding 106 preview, I point my money on the bug fighter, it's him for sure
Tien can use his third eye to see and to sense, he'll find him
Though a stealth bug sniping random fighters is awesome to me, can't wait

So he didnt do anything in ROF? It seems people are confused with what I'm saying. Is Tenshinhan super important no. I'm not judging him compared to Goku,Gohan 17, 18 ect. I'm judging him based in gis peers. Which is Krillin and Roshi. Piccolo has just barely got his feet wet yet I dont see people calling him a ghost of irrelevant.

Nothing relevant or good imo, apart from saving Roshi
His treatment in the school episode has been a disaster, much worse than everyone could have imagined, and that was HIS episode

We can only wait, but honestly I'm not optimistic about him, they'll give him another tribeam scene only to eliminate him shortly after

In the movie ROF he did better than Jacco,Roahi and Krillin. Only Him Gohan and Piccolo did not get hit or struggle. We cant say that wasnt relevant or good.

The recruitment arc means jack. Its like judging an olympic team in practice. And we know the manga wont be so badly written. DBS writer came out and clarified the mess that was 89. Roshi is not stronger and he was buffed by witchcraft.

Heres something to think about. You see how greatly Krillin was treated in receuitment arc and even before with his into the woods episodes. Just to be first eliminated. And his new attack be a dud in the tournament. What if its the opposite for Tien? Bad treatment in recruitment just to have a significant role in the tournament. What if you were meant to underestimate him? They didnt introduce any new techniques in recruitment. Yet he has a new technique in 106 that will be affective. And who knows how long he will last.

He was average in Resurrection 'F', both retellings and movie.

No matter how hard you try, the writer you keep quoting didn't write Episode 89. Roshi kicked Tien's ass with his own power with no enchantment according to Goku. Doesn't matter what the manga does with Tien, we're talking about the anime.

Krillin also got three knockouts and saved 18 before going down.

Also, the summery said nothing about Tien having a new technique. You're making assumptions.

Something about the origin of Hit or the U6 Namekians. The history of the GoDs or even Zen-Oh would be very cool as well.

They could just unfortunately be recap specials with maybe a tiny bit of new animation. I mean I hope they're not that, but I feel like Toei with their eternal crunch time is just so.

Best case scenario is the special is just about all the Gods of Destruction and how their order works. We really need a proper special to tell us about all these different Gods and how they're chosen.

I'd hate that, I want an original story.
If it ends up being a retelling I'd like it to at least be the Champa arc, it'd be cool to see that with better animation.
