Super is ok, as I have said before all Toriyama needs to do is cut out the crap he does to certain characters.

Goku Black looks really young (and cute :p) for some reason. He also seems to have a smaller build compared to regular Goku, or maybe I'm just imagining things? Though he obviously resembles Goku, I can definitely feel a different vibe coming from him. I like it! His outfit is pretty cool too, I think it suits him well.

Looking foward to seeing him in action and learning about what his motives are. I think there is potential for him to be a very interesting villain.

That picture makes it look like they might team up against another enemy like how Goku, Gohan and Krillin teamed up with Vegeta against Freeza on Namek.

I know it can not exist in that timeline, otherwise I would have thought it was a future Goten.

Nothing important happened in DB, it was 194 chapters of everyone just sitting at Roshi's house waiting for Raditz to show up.

I wouldn't get your hopes up. That poster wasn't created to actually represent the Future Trunks Arc. It's literally just a promotional combination of art for a set of Discross pog/top things.

I agree, the voice actor for copy Vegeta was great and I hoped they would do something similar for Black Goku. I don't like the idea of Nozawa voicing him.

I've read somewhere that it was Whis's voice actor who did the copy Vegeta voice.

You are right! False Vegeta and Whis shares the same voice actor, wich is Masakazu Morita.

Maybe he has god-powers too, but absorbed then differently? Or maybe he's from a timeline even earlier than the present one and that's why he's young? The discross disc says he's saiyan.

Assuming Mirai Trunks knows nothing of what's going on, we might not get Black Goku backstory until much later in the arc. Which would be fine, if we get some detective work going on.
Even today's episode might not reveal anything, if the focus is entirely on the future.

The purple haired Trunks is from the tv special. I guess they're just recycling an old design in that image there for cost reasons or because the new game isn't finished yet.

The one on the left is taken from History of Trunks, where his hair was purple. The one on the right is from Super where it is blue. I guess they are trying to keep the designs consistent between their appearances, not between each other.

The same reason some people said that SSJ, a form that is with us for 20+ years, looked bad in their ROF outfits?! It's just a matter of habit.

SSGSS in their BoG clothes look FAR worse than SS in the "F" clothes ever could. That doesn't mean that people can't like or dislike whatever combination, taste is subjective. But from a purely design aesthetic aspect, in terms of color theory and balance?No, the BoG SSGSS combos are not good designs.

I feel like part of the reason they even designed new, low-on-blue outfits for them in the F movie was because ssjblue would be too much blue with their BOG outfits. That's part of why I'm stumped as to why they dumped the F outfits in recent episodes.

Definitely agree. Those tones just do not compliment each other whatsoever.

I'd be interested to see how they match with the End of Z outfits, though. I think the blues on Goku could potentially combine quite nicely.
