I'm not a big fan of the idea of this dragon being able to grant this wish, even if the wish has a major drawback, how in hell this petit shenglong can grant someone so much power?
It would feel too easy and convenient, I know dragon ball is not known for high writhing but come on, we already had the perfect set up to adquiere power from 73, we dont need this bullshit easy cheat code.

So Granolah is getting the wish granted and will lose something valuable to him (The planet or it's inhabitants? Or perhaps his own feelings?)
Kiinda sounds like Ultimate Shenron here. I doubt Toyotaro will go that route, but a Shenron with drawbacks is oddly similar

Best case scenario is Granolah getting his wish granted at a huge price, but still not being strong enough, finding himself in a lose-lose situation. Then he would have to start thinking on his own.

Faustian Bargain, eh? I can dig it. Especially if the bargain is what gives Toronbo the power to grant the wish, both in the sense of making it happen in the first place, and in the sense of it only being operative as long as Granolah abides by the conditions.

I'd enjoy it if the condition were 'You must serve in Freeza's army for a year'. That would push the throughline of this arc being a battle for Granolah's soul as he pursues his revenge.

If there was always a price to pay for a wish Dragon Ball would be a very different series.

In this case I just hope whatever the price is will be worth such a big wish. It should not be something that comes easily.

It's possible he does get his wish granted. If Zalama is a Namekian, then Namekians can be extremely powerful, even more powerful than Zeno, and if Minaito is a direct offspring of Zalama he could be much stronger than any of the other Namekians and be able to create a dragon capable of granting this wish.

It's a nice cover, shame the superior Moro designs aren't used. He looked so much better originally.

Goat Moro is on the cover of Volume 13, and in the background of 10 or 11. (Can’t recall which one—the one with Merus drawing his gun in the foreground.)

All of the volumes in which a storyline ends so far have shown their main antagonists prominently on the cover (Hit - Vol. 2, Zamasu - Vol. 5, Jiren - Vol. 9, and now final-form Moro on 15).

Well that’s interesting, I didn’t think the Dragon actually would grant that wish, and maybe it won’t. But working from the idea it will, maybe it’s not so straight forwards.

Maybe the dragon cannot simple make you that strong on its own. The panel suggests a price may have to be payed. Possible idea that come to mind are a shorter life span, the sacrificing of other being to obtain said power ala Griffith in Berserk or possible it will result in you losing yourself.

Moro's body couldn't handle UI's power and resulted in him almost self destructing, so maybe the wish will be granted at the cost of Granolla's life being severely shortened due to his body being unable to handle the kind of power he'll receive to become stronger. With that said, I'm not a fan of him becoming strong like that, even if there's a price to pay.

Potentially yeah, but it would be a bad choice to lose Granola's excellent design this early on so I'm really hoping that wouldn't happen. I don't think it will, plus although I think this would be an interesting interpretation of the wish from the dragon, we've already seen the copying-people aspect quite a lot last arc so I think it would be better to move on to something new.

I hope that this is just the start because if they’re already pulling a Moro and Nuking His Design I might have to check out.

In any case it appears the dragon said he will make him the strongest organism excluding the Gods. So still weaker than Beerus but this condition better be pretty dang important for it to make up for this.

If the only set back is he won’t be stronger than the Gods that is very disappointing

I was okay with this Dragon being able to grant more powerful wishes at a major cost. But getting that powerful with no cost at all is just stupid.

I hope that is not the case and I am horribly wrong here
