Btw do you guys think Takahashi will do the final battle of this arc? Other then Takahashi who else is great? Who did the episode 116 (ui Goku vs Kefla)? In my opionion that was the best animated episode of super!
- Yuya Takahashi supervised episode 114, yes. He did animate here-and-there, and his cuts were fine animation-wise.
Others are mere corrections, that's why it's not "outstanding" animation-wise.

- Yoichi Onishi & Shuichiro Manabe supervised episode 116.

- If you want some predictions, here's mine:

Episode 122: Yuya Takahashi & Koji Nashizawa
Episode 123: Osamu Ishikawa & Hirotaka Nii
Episode 124: Yoshitaka Yashima
Episode 125: Hiroyuki Itai & Shuichiro Manabe
Episode 126: Naoki Tate & Toei Phils
Episode 127: Yoichi Onishi & Tsutomu Ono
Episode 128: Chihiro Tanaka & Yasuhiro Namatame
Episode 129: Yuji Hakamada & Masahiro Shimanuki
Episode 130: Yuya Takahashi & Yuichi Karasawa

That would be fantastic to me, with Tate at the start of the climax but it probably won't be the case lol
So you think Nii being listed on 122 was a mistake?
Wouldn't be the first time. I'll be scared if we have 3 main supervisors on next episode... so I hope I am right and Nii won't pop up.

Well we have the staff for 123 and 124 now and Nii isn't list on those.
I think either 122 has 3 supervisors or Nashizawa is just doing some animation on 122 and will pop up as a supervisor some time later.
Ishikawa and Itai for 123 and Yoichi Onishi for 124, listed alone.
124 is probably Onishi + Toei Phils, so if Nashizawa is just doing animation on 122 then he could be supervising 125, maybe with Manabe.
I'm kinda hoping they do what they did with Yashima in the Future Trunks arc, have Yashima do half of 125 and 126, then others would do the rest of those episodes, maybe Nashizawa or Manabe for 125 and Manabe or Tate for 126.

The right one. Noses look way better, no highlights, faces are less bubbly and wide, shading is better and everything has better shape and is more curved, like eyes for example.

The new spoilers make me hopeful there's still time for Takahashi to supervise one more ToP episode. Same thing for some Shida's work.

Shida is their guy that comes in the end for big scenes or the final battle of the arc. So, I don't think we'll see him until the final battle episode of the arc.

If you numbered them it would be easier, but I choose cook Vegeta.

The preview images look so good! Those Z eyebrows on Vegeta in that last shot; so nice. Also Gohan's face with noticeable nose!
Takahashi's art elevates the show and engages the eyeballs more with how stylish the characters look; it's not nostalgia it's attractive design, imo.

Especially since they're already going pretty heavy on it for #122 Jiren is involved.

I think Tate's rotation will be the finale of the ToP.
I think it's totally possible to go to 130. The arc is pretty much confirmed to be lasting until March, and I can't see the wrap up episodes being more than like 2 episodes or so. So I think the actual fighting is going until AT LEAST 128, which would be the end of February, and could last as long as 132 or so.

Then again, I'm also in the camp that thinks there's no "twist" at the end of the tournament. I think it's literally going to be tournament ends, the winner wishes back all the universe, everyone goes home, the end. So that plays a role in my assumptions.

Shida said to wait a little longer he'll be back!

After two different types of works since #66 dunno what to expect nor what I actually want from him, another minute cut would be great but the other hand something short and sweet like #57 would go down pleasantly. Hmm.

This Vegeta shot is the perfect example of how I think new DB should look like:
- Fully black hair
- No highlights on characters skins.
- Good aesthetics (body proportions, muscles...)

In others words, just like DBZ looked.

Bonus: Finally Vegeta has some battle damage. Now just give me some blood.

I do hope they have a better wrap-up than the Future Trunks arc did at the very least. My biggest peeve with that ending was that they hit the brakes on the plot in the same episode the fighting ended. It was really abrupt.
