I *really* hope Loy's sabotage of the new cast doesn't gain any traction (I mean, it realistically won't). The new Goku really endeared himself on me.

I love the Fortnite joke so much. It will date the dub hard but holy shit what a well-timed joke, the whole room laughed
Same, I fucking loved it.

It won't, Biggs is already saying that it's Audio-In's responsability and nobody at Audio-In likes Loy. Loy is gone and even though I loved his performance in the movie it's great that all his poison is out of the portuguese fandom. He's out of the FB page now too BTW.

I thought the Fortnite joke was okay, the Rosa Mota one though, that was a well placed joke.

Let us know if they used dubbisms and how good the translation is.

A friend of mine said it has dubbisms.

From what I've heard it only uses "Feijão Mágicos" and "Bolas de Cristal".

Wait, there's a Fortnite joke on the Portuguese dub of Super Broly?

So they're still stuck with including bs that has nothing to do with the script itself.

Saw it subbed yesterday, translation wasn't great. They put Fortnite jokes in the dub?! That's just embarrassing, how can these people be this unprofessional....

It uses the first two, can't remember regarding Piccolo. I can't only hear Goku saying Piccolo but can't remember what I read...

The screening I saw today at Colombo didn't have it, or any other dub joke for that matter. It uses dubisms tho and they're mostly dubtitles, so there's that.

The sub is basically a more professional version of the portuguese script. It uses the dub names, but there's no stupid jokes. Seems like they finally know how to write "Son Goku" and they also used "Freeza" and "Whis".

Bills is still a thing and the rest too, including "Golpe máxima força" for Vegeta's galick gun.

It's not. That rumour came from the Cinemas NOS website that for some reasons only lets buy tickets until some days in advance. If you check they have 20th March as the last date for every movie. The movie will stay for at least a month.

They have until the 27th. But if you select the 21st (onwards), it's only available in Madeira and Gaia.

Weird, but I guarantee you it's a mistake from NOS.

They fixed the error but some cinemas like Colombo are gone.

They were negotiating the rooms with NOS because the movie "Us" premieres on 21st March and is distributed by NOS and NOS obviously has a bias with the movie they distribute.

That's awful. There's no question a fansub would do a better job.

Damn, hate when that happens :/
Guess I'll just rewatch the dub and watch the sub at home considering the availability of the dub after exiting the cinemas is a mistery
