Oh wow, if that's the case, Portugal will be the first country in Europe to air DB Super dubbed!
Israel started airing last week on Nickelodeon. But Portugal will be second :D
Nope, it's not:

Although Israel is not geographically located in Europe, it is a member in many European transnational federations and frameworks and takes part in many European sporting events. Various Israeli ministers have expressed that they would like to see Israel in the EU.

This is awesome. Its only a matter of time before the Americas get it, and by that I mean the USA and Latin America!

19 years ago I was rushing home from school to watch DBZ on Cartoon Network, and today I've rushed home from work to watch DBS on Pop. I guess it's true the more things change the more they stay the same.

Episode 11 is airing today, and I think they don't air episodes on Saturday, so look for it on Sunday is my guess. :)

Well, they make their dub scripts from awful, wrongly translated "fansubs"...

Taiwan stopped at episode 51. I think they're gonna slow down a notch.

Well, based on the reviews of probably all the people here, that are watching the series, DB Super has a rating of 73 % here
Everyone is criticizing the first 27 episodes, but DBGT has a rating 60 % in Czech Republic, so they are probably doing something right.
(DB and DBZ is rated 82 and 83 % respectively). I just always have this mindset that I am one of the few guys watching the show here, but DB franchise, albeit not being broadcasted here (just DBGT at late night with subs), has fanbase of around 1000+ people here.

You sure? I thought they only air on weekdays
Also, for anyone who lives in Israel (or has a proxy for Israel), here's an official link for episode 2 in Hebrew! http://nick.walla.co.il/?w=//2994237 They had episodes 1 and 3 too but they've disappeared for some reason

The problem with Canada is that very few stations are interested in broadcasting anime, even big ones like Dragon Ball (which is evident from the fact the Ocean dub of Kai still hasn't seen the light of day).

It absolutely could, the only problem is, as I said the Canadian broadcasting industry and their lack of interest in anime in recent years. That is not to say Super couldn't air in Canada, perhaps if Super is much more successful than Kai was internationally some Canadian broadcaster will change their mind, pick up the series and start airing much more anime.

Super is supposed to be airing in France soon, so perhaps the French-speaking parts of Canada could air the French dub if it does well? As for an English dub, for now I'm guessing if a Canadian station picks up Super they will air the Funimation dub (which I'm convinced the cast are currently working on) if it does well in the States first. And since the Ocean Group still need to find a network for Kai they probably won't dub Super unless Kai starts airing and they make a return on the investment because they've likely spent a lot of money hiring actors like Drummond, McNeil, and Tockar.

Not to mention they haven't dubbed the Boo saga either.

Well, Eric Legrand, voice actor for french Vegeta, confirmed with me that he's dubbed both the fights against Frost and Cabba. So the french dub's progressing rapidly!

That's interesting, do you know when the French dub started production by any chance?

Eric Legrand originally posted back in late May about dubbing starting in a few days, so I would say around June.
