We've got Greg Dulcie as Sidra, Derick Snow as Ro, Jeff Plunk as Basil, Chris Guerrero as Lavender and Marcus Stimac as Bergamo. Looks like the goal is to have Universe team cards showing the cast for all the teams, including the gods.
Looking forward for Toppo's voice actor reveal :D

My question is - are they gonna go with Top (like they did with Hit) or Toppo? Personally I'd like them to not change the character's name as they've already done so with Hit and besides Toppo sounds better, no? :)

Hitto is just the japanese pronunciation of Hit while Toppo is the actual name of the character so changing it to Top would make no sense.

Not quite. Toppo's name is a rearrangement of the word 'pot', which is 'potto' in Japanese syllabary. The extra O at the end, just like Hitto vs Hit, is entirely a consequence of the Japanese language, and therefore shouldn't be retained in English. These are English words, after all.

Honestly, it should have never been 'Toppo' in the first place, and I will eat my shoes if they don't go with Top considering how well they've treated names so far. I guess we'll see! Which episode do we first hear his name in anyway?

During episode 79 when Buu deflects Basil's ki enhanced kick attack and throws it at the Universe 11 hover seat. Khai asked Toppo to deal with it.

I think the real question should be, how will they pronounce his name? Will they pronounce it the way we usually pronounce the word Top with an "oh" sound added to the end, or will they pronounce it "Toh-po" with the long "o" sound?

I'm gonna take a wild guess that Sabat is gonna voice Toppo.

Yeah. Briner was Kid Vegeta. Kinda funny in hindsight if you know what I mean.

I think Mike McFarland should do it with his Buggy voice. It'd be a cool, affordable, reference to One Piece.

Like the fact that TFS have him set to voice teen/adult Gohan in DBZA when they finally start the Buu Saga?
Only dubs that matter are DB, Kai, & Super. Nothing else.

That and My Hero Academia wise, Deku is voicing a Kid All Might.

Didn't like much Kale and Caulifla voices, I feel like FUNImation could give them a colombian accent.

Why would that accent be even remotely necessary exactly?

They give me a latin vibe (especially Kale for her color skin), so it could suit well like Android #16 had an australian accent in the dub.

Uhhhhh. What? As an Australian, 16's dub voice doesn't have any of the accents we have here.

Are you talking the Ocean cast, or FUNi's cast? Because the FUNi dubs don't give 16 an accent at all. He talks very stiffly like a robot, which he is, & they used to add a metallic sound effect, which TFS kept in their version of the series.

I can see that happening. Just as Sabat voicing Toppo (using his All Might/Alex Armstrong voice).

I hope they get Mark de Groot for the Ultimate Battle song. I really liked his English and Dutch covers.
