Man in this episode i am sure some fans will complain about who is Arale and why is she so strong lol i can feel it -.-

I know she's a little robot but why is she so strong ?

She's an android and the main character of Toriyama's previous manga Dr. Slump. It's a gag comedy manga so she's as strong as the plot needs her to be.

She can break a planet in half for example.

Her two drawbacks are:

-When she runs out of fuel she freezes in place like the Tin Man in Wizard of Oz.

-Her eyes are incredibly near-sighted and without her glasses she can barely see.

But the majority of the community won't take it that seriously.

This is just a crossover, not a full blown character introduction..
Arale won't be in the tournament, gag characters have no limits, she can potentially break the earth in half by touching it if needed..
If they put a line about inviting her to the tournament, people will question why isn't she there despite being so strong, so they most probably won't..
