Gotta disagree. Fur is as bad as the BoS line, the hair is not as sharp as advertised and how it should be, the derpy face & the back hair mould is pretty bad. It's as bad as the BoS SS4 Goku. Which is shame as we're probably never gonna get a Xeno 4 Vegetto again. But the UI Goku for the Heroes is even more woeful I don't know what the f**k Bandai are playing at.

Prime 1 x Megahouse prices revealed...

Gigantic Series Gogeta 4 by Hyo it looks like. Probably gonna be ¥20k base price on current G.S inflation... but now this is how you sculpt fur!

Personally, I like the way fur is sculpted in the BoS Goku but my favorite take is the one in the Dokkan Anniversary one. That texture is the best one for these smaller scale figures. The SMSP while good, isn't as detailed and probably wouldn't look as good on a smaller scale. From what I see on pictures, Vegito Xeno has a similar texture to the Dokkan Goku, so yeah, I'm pretty happy with how came out. The derpy face is a consequence of the fact 2d art not always translate well into three dimensions since they were meant to look in one particular angle (the FES SSJ3 Goku is in a similar boat). Still, the figure really looks good on those specific angles. I can't say I have an issue with the hair, on the contrary, I'm impressed they kept the subtle brown tint in the hair.

If there's a flaw in the sculpt, I'd say is how broad they made his pecs. It makes him look squarer than it should, smaller more defined ones would've been better.

V4 has been pretty popular form what I've seen, so I very much doubt this will be the only figure they'll make of him.

Yeah, I was expecting outrageous prices like that for the Prime 1 statues. They're like the highest end statue makers around.

The Gigantic GT Gogeta is a pleasant surprise, it's obvious Japan loves the guy. And yeah, the fur in that sculpt is really, really good. So good that it kinds of unsettle me. Plus, I don't think it would look good in a figure of a smaller scale.

Heroes merch is on it's last legs Bandai finally gave up on giving them pure gashapon, if November's Xeno Goku doesn't do well that will probably be it unless they planned anymore. Heroes WCF also seems to be fluttering low fan interest & case orders are iffy if August's one doesn't pull weight that could be gone too.

SS4's are hitting a brick wall now, the November Kuji's have to be requested by fans for their local stores since Bandai have noticed the lack of fan interest in SS4 now, as result Golden Oozaru will be harder to get since we have to rely on Japanese fans being proactive in requesting. Overseas distributors I talked to noted that the BoS SS4's didn't do as well as some as the earlier SS4's during the year too. When SSGSS eventually hit the brick wall they got fortune they could use battle damage & Gogeta.

Ironic that you say that when SDBH just got the second volume in Adverge all for itself and the Gigantic GT Gogeta was just revealed yesterday. I've also seen plenty of excitement on twitter for V4 and Gogeta GT IKs from Heroes (almost nothing for Gogeta Xeno, curiously enough). And even if you're right and "they're hitting a wall" with SSJ4, they can market Gohan, Broly (speaking of which, is odd how little scale figures there are for Broly given his popularity), Bardock and go harder in V4. The SBDH anime must be working for them since we're in the 14th episode when everyone assumed it wouldn't go longer than five episodes. So in short, we'll have to wait and see, but personally, I'm optimistic about SSJ4's future. I mean we've gotten more than a dozen scale figures on different lines in just two years.

And speaking of, Gigantic GT Gogeta's is massive if he manages to look bigger than the previous Gigantic SSJ4s.

I finally got my BoS Gogeta GT. Out of the three BoS, Gogeta is my favorite, colors are vibrant, hair is a metalized fire red color that is eye-catching and stands out in the shelf at first sight. Pretty ironic given how promotional pictures made it look so bad. My only complaint is that the fur is red instead of brown, as Gogeta is usually depicted.

Out all the 4 Gogetas I own (IK, FES, BoS and, Big Bang KMHMH ) he's my favorite with the IK and the FES tied in second place.

It's not ironic at all merch is planned months in advance almost a year that was always planned to coincide with Heroes 9 Anniv & Adverge unlike figures or gashapon fans in Japan directly support Bandai on, so the ones that want them can and Bandai produce them accordingly.

Gigantic Series Gogeta has nothing to do with SDBH & even then like above it'll be produced on how many fans want it.

Excitement is relative they both crashed in price on the market pretty quickly, Vegetto 4 has a bit of hype because it's the first new proper scale figure even then it didn't hit the ridiculous heights of UI Goku last March, Gogeta Xeno isn't main series any main series fans aren't gonna care about that.

SS4 Broly was a dud, Bandai tried Premium-ing him there was little fan interest as a result hence the low commercialisation of SS4 Broly since & any he got since in gashapon he was rare.

As for Bardock & Gohan 4 there is literally no fan interest in those at all. The Bardock 4 WCF hit as low ¥300... nicht gut.

Heroes is about selling cards to kids. There is simply not enough main series fans to sustain commercialisation hence it's history of failure we've had 3 cancelled prize figure lines, WCFs on the verge, they went all in on their shitty Skills Figures and now they're acting like they didn't exist.

I get you like Heroes but it's been a commercial flop that is pretty undeniable and it continues too fortunately for you B****i still trying to get blood from a stone....

Can't say for now, pre orders for overseas open up this month then gotta wait a few months for folks to pre order then see what distributors say. For Japan gotta until beginning of December to see what case sales are.

No Oozaru. RIP the dream.

And my wallet

Looking at the smaller prices, that explains the DBS branding. Kind of disappointing to be honest.

The Kuji is as always open to all European countries so far just France & recently Spain decided to take the punt. I've tried getting someone in the UK to take the punt but bo avail...

The hardest part of the Kuji it has 81 prizes to clear & its Lawson/HMV & request only & the figure is 30cm (more people will want it) so it will practically be impossible to get it unless spending a heck of a lot of money....

To make make matters even worse. One Piece LO prizes are supposedly being released overseas but Bandai just don't give a proper shit about DB or its fans. Sighhhhhhhhhhhhh.

I seen these mentioned on here quite some time ago, but I have yet to see them available anywhere. Is there any place I can buy these to ship to the US? Or are they not available yet? I ordered the 2nd set on BBTS, but I want these too.

Best bet is ebay. The Goku's are recolours so that means they are treated as 1 basically means they had half ratio so they are more than the other two.

The 3rd set is out November (2nd one for gashapon);
Samething to the Goku's will probably apply to the Gogeta's.

Super Master Stars Piece are still my favorite. Everything they've put out is so good.

I think I'll probably get the SSJ Gogeta
