Is the singer tone dead?

I think you meant Tone DEAF but the singer is so horrible and awful he might as well be tone dead.

This forum is so over-dramatic that it's not even funny.

I would say the music director because he's the guy who miscast that singer and poorly directed him. The opening sounds like it has been done in one take, when it should be done in three takes to get a decent or good performance. Toei LA is also responsible of this musical disaster because they seem not to care about the dub's quality.

Now it's confirmed that the singer didn't have a music director:
http://www.anmtvla.com/2018/09/dragon-b ... a.html?m=1

In case you don't wanna read the whole article of the link I added above... Pascual Reyes (the singer) explains that when he went to the studio to record the song, there wasn't any music director because Hugo Santos (former music director) was fired and he had to direct himself with some help of the audio engineer.

I think Candiani has gone too far with the music part of the dub.

I don't really care for Dr. Slump but I can't deny that opening sounded good.

I'm looking forward episode 73 because that's the one where ending 7 is introduced. I hope they didn't screw it up.

How ironic is that it's better than both Super openings. I wonder, is it the opening used for the old Dr.
Slump
anime, or is it a new recording?

Well, some new voices have been revealed:
It was also confirmed that José Lavat narrated until episode 106.

Hmm... Then that thing about the old narrator participating until episode 106 wasn't true.

Rubén Moya sounds great! He's definitely a worthy successor of José Lavat.

Okay, that's weird. Maybe they dubbed the episodes out of order.

It's a little late but I think the ending 7 was pretty decent

Now that is a huge error. Hopefully it gets re-broadcasted with the voices.

Let's hope it does. If it doesn't, then it's the dubbing studio's fault for sending the wrong master to CN.

Damn... It's already in the news:
https://larepublica.pe/amp/tendencias/1 ... ly-doblaje

According to that article:
• In some countries, the episode didn't get aired. In fact, 10 minutes of commercials were aired instead and after that, the first episode of classic Ben 10.
• In the countries where it got aired, the episode was abruptly stopped at the mid and then replaced by another show.

P.D: Sorry for the double post
