I just saw in a subbed version of the movie that not only did King Vegeta III say that Broly's power was too high, he also claimed he was a mutant. Though Paragus also pointed out that the king was jealous of Broly's power.

right. but hes kinda like broly. full rage mode. we know trunks can get insanly stronger just by his rage so why not broly? same goes for kale. kale isnt a mutant that we know for sure. just a mix of luck and rage unleashed
