It'll be a while before Goku can use Ultra Instinct on command, let alone master it. And once he does and if there's still more show to do, you could always have him combine things with it like Kaio ken or Super Saiyan.

In all honesty, I hope it remains as something that Goku only achieves by being backed into a corner, and never something he can do on command. Kind of like what Jak does with his Dark form from the Jak and Daxter series.
