Those are same concepts. Dyspo listening for Hit's movements before time skip and Goku reading Hit's movement before time skip to counter. They both have the common theme of exposing Hit's hesitation before he time skips.
no, because goku does not prevent him from using his ability ... he only predicts his movement ... he continues to use transformations and attacks of energy totally different from the fight with dyspo
This does not refute the fact that Goku and Dyspo exposed the same weakness against Hit. Also, Dyspo used his raw physical might [speed] to prevent Hit from using time skip. If anything Goku predicting Hit by reading his movement to counter time skip is based on more skill.
1.-yeah ... because predicting the movements of the adversary is something that usually the characters of the series have always done when attacking or evading by having a combat technique in a matched fight
17 vs piccolo or Goku ssj2 vs vegeta ssj2 etc yes goku has its merit against time skip but it is not the same ... as a character that takes advantage of his unique special ability to counter the opponent's ability based on his strategy

2.- goku only managed to take advantage of being stronger ... using his transformations because his initial strategy was not going to help him which makes it a fight like all the others ... you only beat your opponent for being stronger ...

if you want to think like that ok, but you are ignoring the whole context of the fight
