Nothingfrom the movie supports or implies Broly is stronger than Jiren, but I won't mess with other people's headcanon, to each their own, specially in the holidays . And until they retcon Beerus, he is comparable to Broly.

Oh really??! The countless of statements in promotional material stating that Broly is the strongest opponent Goku has ever faced isn’t enough evidence for you??! And don’t say: “You can’t use promotional material since it didn’t appear in the movie proper.” That is not a good argument, since promo stuff is meant to represent the movie! Also, Broly is a Saiyan. Jiren isn’t. That’s strike 2.

3. Broly is the next enemy. And unless your previous enemy was a God of Destruction named Beerus, than the old rule still always applies. The next enemy is stronger than the previous one.

Jiren > Merged Zamasu > Goku Black > Hit > Golden Frieza.

You mean the promo material that didn't make the cut like the one claiming Jiren and Omen surpassed Beerus by 129? besides yeah, promo material is just that, stuff to hype things up, you can't quote promo material that the movie left out unless you place more value on outside sources over the actual product.
The movie states nothing of that sort, on the contrary, it implies Broly spent an hour and couldn't even make Freeza lose his golden form while Jiren needed just one punch, and his FP feats are at best between being able to completely overwhelm SS Gogeta and possibly being on Beerus's realm. Jiren was STATED to surpass the GoDs, his own GoD who also had defeated Beerus in a strenght contest. Stated in the show, not in a promo material, and like 30 episodes before he broke his limits. Before the ToP he is at least comparable to the GoDs.

Being a saiyan intrinsically means nothing, and your 3rd point is out-of-universe headcanon. Tell that to Z's final boss: Kid Buu who wasn't even the strongest Buu. And actually Golden Freeza might be stronger than Hit, Hit's hax is his time ability but like Vegeta said, while he had no idea how he was being beat up, Hit's blows weren't devastating.

But this diverges from the OP: until they retcon Beerus, he is comparable to Broly. And if Vegeta will go SSBE on top of his former SSBE level, then he should stomp Broly and Beerus, like Gogeta Blue also did.

Terrible, terrible arguments. Yes Broly has been stated several times in promotional material to be stronger than Jiren. It being promotional material does not make it any less truthful for the very simple fact that it is meant to portray the movie. And yes, Broly being the next opponent after Jiren is enough proof for that. Furthermore, him being a SAIYAN is infinitely valuable, since he (and him specifically as we’ve seen) is RAPIDLY improving mid battle. This dude went from being weaker than BASE Vegeta, to being God of Destruction level in less than 2 hours! That’s one insane power jump. The biggest we’ve ever seen in the series. Jiren isn’t beating that. Even if he WAS slightly stronger than SSJFP Broly then 1 or 2 minutes would be enough time for Broly to surpass that since he is continuously getting stronger. Your arguments are all invalid. Please don’t reply to me anymore.

Jiren was stated to be God of Destruction level, but it was never stated he was above ALL Gods of Destruction. Just that he was at their level. No comparison was ever made to Beerus specifically.

Broly was the first person to ever be compared to Lord Beerus in terms of power (besides SSJ Blue Vegito in the manga) but that statement turned out to be false and it was made by Shin who is extremely unreliable.
