Oob is the reincarnation of a being who was naturally on par with Boo arc ssj3 Goku with zero training, then the Moro arc shows that Kid Boo has latent powers from Dai kaioh that he hasn’t tapped into, Oobs starting point >>>> Broly and even Freeza

Buu was able to perfectly copy techniques he only saw once. To this day no other character has displayed this.
Not even Beerus and Whis can teleport, yet Buu copied Kaioshin’s teleportation in a second.

With the recent manga reveals about the Grand Kaioshin’s powers, Uub has as much potential as he ever had. If we ever get to EoZ and beyond, it wouldn’t surprise me if Uub was able to master Ultra Instinct fast.

He will be ignored, or at best just aknowledged.
Also Uub isn't a Saiyan.
