Is anyone else dissapointed that Vegeta doesn’t get a new transformation?

No in fact with how other Super Saiyan forms in the past have quickly become useless fodder and Super Saiyan God was portrayed as pretty much useless from the very beginning I like that after 5 years Super Saiyan Blue is still somewhat worthwhile.

No, there's already more than enough transformations for him and Goku. New techniques would be better.

I think his unique Super Saiyan Blue form is fine, but I wouldn’t mind if he gets a new form.

Transformations are not a mandatory part of the narrative. Especially if they don't do anything to enrich or develop the character(s) it affects.

Originally before they explained Spirit Control and Ki were more or less the same thing I thought they could have introduced Spirit Saiyan. Tranformations in DB suffer the problem of just increasing power but a transformation could be fun against someone like Moro if for this example,

Spirit Saiyan is only around Red God in power wise but Moro can't absorb you Ki in this form. Vegeta would then be losing the power that surpasses Moro but Moro can no longer steal his energy, thus a better transformation for this fight.

We don't know if he'll get a new transformation while fighting Moro, the fight hasn't even started yet, but if he doesn't get one I don't personally care. I'm getting tired of all the recolors to be honest and I'm glad to see them developing new techniques instead of "transformations".

Goku and Vegeta need fewer transformations, not more. There are already 5 "basic" forms of Super Saiyan. Five. 1, 2, 3, God and Blue. That's already more than enough (because 1, 2 and 3 all still make appearances), and that's without counting things like Grade 2/3, the various versions of Blue, and (of course) Ultra Instinct and Kaioken. I know flashy transformations are popular and all, but I really don't want Dragon Ball to be like that. I think the story is more compelling if the characters work with what they have and push against their own limits instead of just unlocking their umpteenth transformation in the eleventh hour every arc.

Hell, if I had my way I would go back to them just using their base forms constantly like they did throughout most of the Frieza movie. Transformations are just flare. I couldn't even see what was happening when Ultra Instinct Goku and Jiren fought each other.

I figured that was his intention when Goku absorbed Super Saiyan God into his base form.

I wish they would go back to that idea. Or even just using Super Saiyan again. I hate the way the blue hair looks. And the aura for ultra instinct.

I completely agree with you. The ending of BOG gave me the impression that Goku lost his SsjG powers, as he didn't say anything to Vegeta about keeping them when he said he'd do the ritual instead of Goku next time, so I think the idea was to have Base and Ssj be the norm, while the SsjG ritual would be done every now and then like fusion for the extremely tough opponents. I think that would've been a major improvement over what they did end up going with.

Ssj Blue is what Toriyama hinted out. Focusing on base and ssj only. In RF Saiyan beyond God and Blue were exctually what he called for.

I guess it's silver. Silver is just white that's shiny (like gold is to yellow), so we can kind of lump them into one catagory. Ultimate Gohan doesn't count, because black is his natural hair color. I'm talking about a form that would actually turn the user's hair black. Like if someone like Trunks assumed the form, his hair would turn black.
