The Ultimate Idea! What if there was a special room/time dimension..

Post by GodVegetto91 » Sun Jul 26, 2020 9:38 am

That INSTANTLY cleared your mind. For the full 100%. And Vegeta entered into it. This way, you don’t have to sit and meditate for months on end, and it requiers you ZERO effort. Since the room instantly unlocks your full mental potential, and rids you of ANY blockages or hinderences at all. So your level of Spirit Control is MAXIMUM. Thus, allowing you to access ALL of your hidden potential deep within your body. (Since Spirit Control is the sole deciding factor for how much of your inner build up potential/power you’re able to actualize.)

Because the more clear your mind is, the more IN TOUCH you are with your own energy! And Spirit Control is that means! And if there is a highest level of Spirit Control in existence (lets say, for example, Level: 1 trillion) then this special room/time dimension would INSTANTLY help you achieve it just by entering it! ZERO effort requiered on your part, and no time wasted on hard training!

And Vegeta has a MOUNTAIN of inner untapped potential power left inside him, thanks to all these many years of super harsh training inside the gravity chamber!

Remember that Vegeta’s meditation training on these spikey poles high up in the sky on Planet Yardrat was ONLY A MEANS to an end. That end is a very clear mind (high spirit control) relaxation, enlightenment etc etc. What if you could get that instantly, to the HIGHEST POSSIBLE LEVEL in existence?! Lets suppose there is a highest possible level of mental clarity in existence, we’ll call this literal God Level for now. And Vegeta gains the same level of Spirit Control as the Grand Priest who would have the highest level? Lol

Again, meditation training is only a MEANS to an end. Not the end itself, which is the only thing that truly matters.

Now what do you guys think of such a concept? Such a special time dimension?

Now this dimension obviously has such a super special, rare, and unique ATMOSPHERE that does that and instantly makes you relaxed and rids you of all possible, unneccesary tensions, worries, thoughts aswell as physical blockages. The highest “possible” level of mental clarity IN EXISTENCE. Limitless!

Hmm, could be interesting! Super has already introduced other RoSaT-like pocket dimensions so it's entirely plausible.

Speaking of, I sometimes meditate but honestly, it never works for me, though admittedly I've never been formally trained. I can't imagine how much harder it must be for a paranoid egotist like Vegeta, lol.

So there's just a magical room that anyone can step into and instantly become as strong as Daishinkan?

That sounds like a horrible idea.
Cool stuff that I upload here because Youtube will copyright claim it: https://vimeo.com/user60967147

No no no no no. You seem to misunderstand.

All it will do is give anyone the highest level of Spirit Control in existence (which is a set level) To become the best possible versions of THEMSELVES.

But not every being in the multiverse has the same potential you know..😉😏

For instance, if Broly (after unlocking controlled LSSJ and after training with Whis for sometime after that) were to enter that room, it would have a COMPLETELY different effect than, let’s say, Krillin, or Yamcha, were to enter that same room/time dimension... Get it? Both of them would have the same level of spirit control/mental clarity after exiting that room, (And thus become the best possible versions of themselves) but both of them would certainly NOT have the same power level! xD

So, everyone get boosted, everyone become the best himself, and how you can proceed with the story?
Easy: come with someone that's stronger than this.
So, the effect is null.

You seems to forget that the whole purpose of DB is to tell a story. Not to increase level of fictional characters (that's just a consequence of struggling in that mentioned plot).

Try something else as the "ultimate idea". Who knows, how to have DB come back to serious tones.
I learned english listening to songs. So I don't know anything about. The day you had to learn play piano by just listening .mp3, you'll understand.

It seems antithetical to Dragon Ball's spirit to just 'gift' the characters with power-ups for no particular reason. Like ChronoTwigger says, greater power comes as a consequence of the characters struggling in the plot. Even if the narrative footprint of these things is relatively compressed (as with the Room of Spirit and Time, or the training time-skips), usually the characters have still had to work their asses off, or get their asses kicked, to earn the boost.

And even with the couple of instances where they are just handed a power boost (Goku and the Super Water of the Gods, Gohan and Krillin on Namek, and Gohan with the Elder Kaioshin), there tends to be both a narrative impetus to it and at least an implication of worthiness to receive it, whether it is surviving an ordeal (Super Water), undertaking some virtuous quest (Namek), or overcoming a test of strength (Z-Sword).

Even then, it's in the nature of Dragon Ball that these gains are almost immediately overturned or relativised by events. Even when Dragon Ball does short-cuts, it's not for the sake of it, and it favours characters who actually earn their miracles.
