Isn't that a Spanish guide in the first place? Toe original release is what matters
No, it’s Japanese. And it was translated to Spanish and French. The Spanish translation added this multiplier to the form.
Got it

It says that ssj g3 has a physical strength 10 times stronger than the previous stage

You have a Japanese source for the Legendario? Could you provide a link?

I think it's important to note that the 10x multiplier should still be a thing, since using it inside the Rosat made Goku go from weaker than #18 to stronger than 2nd form Cell.

As far as I know, the Japanese source can’t be found.

The "El Manga Legendario" book does not have a direct 1:1 Japanese equivalent. As far as anyone can tell, it's not "a Japanese guidebook translated into Spanish," it's rather "a Spanish guidebook which contains some material translated from Japanese guidebooks."

Imagine if Viz decided that instead of directly translating any of the Japanese guidebooks into English in their entirety, they would simply make their own compiled guidebook that was 80% translated content from the Japanese books and 20% their own commentary and input. It's the same deal with this Legendario book. It has some interviews, snippets, and other data from the Japanese books in there, but it also contains information that they just made up themselves.

This dumb little "Grade 3 makes you 10x stronger" thing that refuses to die is apparently one such made-up tidbit, since there's no known Japanese source for it. Which is why, among other reasons, it's best off being ignored.

The summary of No.01 book suggests the original text is Japanese or at least was gathered in Japan and then licensed by Shueisha to Editorial Salvat to translate it to Spanish. Though, after thinking about it, it’s weird the supposed “original” version can’t be found. You may be right.

I dread the thought of wading through 549 pages so I thought I'd chance an ask... anyone have a very through Power Level list for DB, Movie henchmen, and GT? Most of these focus on Z and it's intricacies, which is great, but I'm looking for a lot of minor characters like Uranai Baba & Red Ribbon Sagas, the 13 Z movies (specifically the henchmen and other original characters) and GT. Even in GT people tend to gloss over minor characters that hardly appeared like Old Tenshinhan, Old Chaozu, Old Yajirobee, Old Yamucha, etc, as well as minor villains like Mutchi-Mutchy. Anyone reckon they have a very thorough chart?

End of gt meaning end of shadow dragons arc or during a heroes legacy?
The power level obviously will be based on your power levels from dragon ball z, I could tell you my power levels, but it is not granted that you will be OK with that.
Anyway, in my opinions, they (saiyans and majuub) are all in the octillions in their base forms, because it seemed stupid and nonsense to me to put goku and Vegeta on a totally different realm of power in comparison to the others.
I mean, in the end goku and Vegeta are on a different realm of power than Hogan's, goten's and trunks'es one, but mainly because of ssj4. Nothing really points out a huge difference base to base between them.
Said that, I'll give you my power levels for all the saiyans during the battle with omega shenron :
(Unities of octillions)

Goku/Vegeta = 75
Gohan = 42,5
Goten = 26
Trunks = 28
Pan = 10

If you meant their power during a heroes legacy, anyone of them isn't scalable in any way, except for goku.
Sure, 100 yagt goku is really strong, but going with gt perfect files, his base form (only form we saw from him) is anyway weaker than ssj4 gogeta.
In my scale, I have :
(Unities of decillons)
Vegeta ssj4 = 12
Goku yagt = 2,5

That makes him a lot stronger of his gt counterpart, even stronger than his previous seen peak (ssj4fp) in base.
I hope that my answer was exhaustive for you

I've taken this:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X9eyk5aw9BI poster's rankings of the 80 competitors of the Tournament of Power and made a few modifications of my own. I'd like to know what you all think.

Too low even to be right. This range of numbers are OK if we are speaking of cell or buu saga, or maybe early gt.
Quadrillions for bills? Don't mock me. This is what I think. Let's further analyze to see if there are errors:
Lavender, Bergamo and basil are good buu tier : what are that high millions? No way good buu doesn't hit billions, that's just wrong

Goku at 100'000'000? Not even in the wrist wrong lowballs, what's this? That's makes me laught.

I've canalized your power levels and found these errors you could fix . if help is needed I'm here

namecc saga

vegeta is 2'400'000, not 2'100'000

ssj goku wsn't holding back, he just was injuried

android /cell saga

i ntially, ssj goku (heart desease) has to be stronger than ssj goku (post yardrat) , as tenshinhan points out

piccolo is too weak compared to the ssjs, and even the ssjs are a bit too weak imo

kamiccolo = c17

ssj vegeta (post rosat) has to be stronger than semi perfect cell, as trunks points out

how is perfect cell weaker than grade 2 vegeta, if cell oneshotted him?that just makes no sense

i'd change the multipliers of grade 2 and 3 personally into x1,25 for g2 and x1,8 for g3

why don't you simply use grade 3?s multiplier to calculate cell's buff form? is nearly the same form

cell post warm up has to be a bit weaker than grade 3 trunks

in cell games i see mltiple errors :

the gap between goku and gohan is too poor

the gap between goku and vegeta is too big

the gap between piccolo and ssj trunks is too big

for cell's fullpower just double it, it is a better looking number

gohan's ssj2 wasn't a x2, he was injuried and he got an enormous rageboost

how is super perfect cell = buff cell? that makes no sense

cell jrs were stronger than ssj vegeta

buu saga

i see you don't use kiri in this... it's all a mess, you should definitely consider kiris, that thing helps a lot

do just this :
put super perfect cell at 4'400 kiri, ssj2 cell games gohan at 4'800 or 5'400 (it is the same, you could decide what you like more)
ssj2 goku is then 6'000 kiri, so just find a number you can divide by 3 for goku and it is perfect. yakon is 800 kiri, and you could put dabra at 4'440 kiri, as goku points out he's maybe stronger than cell

Base Vegeta gas sure of winning the tournament, even if there were bit piccolo and #18 and Vegeta had to remain in base. That makes his base stronger than them

how is vegeta stronger than gohan? vegeta point out the fact that gohan is weaker than him multiple times

the defference between goku and vegeta has to be the same theyhad at cell games, as vegeta points out the difference between them never changed

just what king of multiplier do you use for gotenks? it makes no sense absolutely. in the manga, everything points out that base gotenks > ssj kids, and that ssj gotenks > ssj3 goku vs fat buu

piccolo was considered a weakling by babidi, but base goku, vegeta and gohan were not : that makes them be stronger than piccolo in base

gohan takes a zenkai at the tournament , when kibito heals him

a bit too gap between ssj3 goku and fat buu

what just happens after the rosat training ? why do you change fusion's multiplier? no sense at all

base vegetto has to be inbetween buutenks and buuhan, but closer to buuhan

pure buu/ kid buu is officially stronger than super buu

Well, your only argument as far as I can tell is that the Trio De Dangers are too weak when compared to Buu. I have him around 9B. I don’t think it’s at all a stretch to say that he was utilizing about 10% when ‘playing’ with Basil, and then swiftly finished him off when he so decided.

Not quite. I have criticized all the list I it's entity For the same reason.
That same guy should have done a "better" list for DBS now, check it out

Quadrillions for bills? Don't mock me. This is what I think. Let's further analyze to see if there are errors:
Lavender, Bergamo and basil are good buu tier : what are that high millions? No way good buu doesn't hit billions, that's just wrong

Goku at 100'000'000? Not even in the wrist wrong lowballs, what's this? That's makes me laught.

Better if I stop here, I think You got my point
Well, your only argument as far as I can tell is that the Trio De Dangers are too weak when compared to Buu. I have him around 9B. I don’t think it’s at all a stretch to say that he was utilizing about 10% when ‘playing’ with Basil, and then swiftly finished him off when he so decided.
Not quite. I have criticized all the list I it's entity For the same reason.
That same guy should have done a "better" list for DBS now, check it out
I’ve seen that revised list. But sextillions for lower ranked competitors?? Come on now.

We need a mid way. I think like you about this. Low ranks are tenshinhan/crillin/ roshi tier IMO, quantified in low billions.
Anyway, better sextillions for fodders that quadrillions for damn beerus KEK
remember fellas, anyone in gt after m2 >>>anyone in z (bog + rof excluded obv)

What's wrong with quadrillions for Beerus?

It's much more outlandish to put the humans at Cell Saga Z Warrior levels. Even the tens of millions are quite the stretch for them.

Quadrillions for beerus is wrong because it it just too low as a number to be right.
Just the fact that it's scaled from a base goku with 100'000'000 AT THE TOURNAMENT OF POWER would let you think that.
That power level just invalidates every other on that list

I'm sorry, these numbers are just way too low for these to make sense. Base Vegeta being at 100M, Final Form Frost being only ~3x Namek Freeza simply don't align with the material at all.
