Alright, here's the rough translation of the first 42 pages for Vol. 5 of Young Dijii's work. I've yet to check for grammar and context specific things which is why there's still notes in there. Will clean that up and typeset it in the future but thought I'd post it here just to help anyone who wants to read it quickly. Being that it's from Japanese to Spanish then to English, there's bound to be some things lost in translation.

The summary of the story was pretty difficult to make sense of since it's been a while since I read the first four volumes. Again, I'll re-read that and tidy it up for a proper release.

As for the way character's speak, I'll fix that too. It's just a straight translation right now. I'll make sure Goku isn't saying things like 'I am very surprised' in place of 'I'm so surprised!' or something more colloquial and fitting to Goku.

Summary of the story

Goku had gone, and the land was at a time of peace...but it did not last very long.

Ize, the son of Freeza, came out of hibernation. He destroyed many planets in the search of powerful adversaries. After discovering the whereabouts of his father's killer, he left the land in search of Goku.

The land's warriors defeated him, but it cost them a good life
So, they decided to end the minus energy contained in the dragon balls to be able to reuse them to revive it.

However, the new king from the world of the demons Marble and Chiyoko have appeared to cause chaos.

PAGE 7:
Now the dragon balls can't be used, I want to avoid collateral damage

Alright, half my day is gone and it's the hottest day of the year so far so I'm gonna go enjoy the sun.

Here's the first half of the Vol. 5 in English! Like I mentioned in a previous post, this translation does come from Japanese > Spanish > English so there may be parts lost in translation but it reads well in conjunction with the previous titles that were translated directly from the Japanese so I really wouldn't worry too much. Young Dijii's art is great but his storytelling is fairly simplistic so don't worry, you're not missing any Shakespeare.

Enjoy and let me know if you spot any errors or have any advice!

Working with my partner to bring the last half in the next few days so please be patient - we left it on a bit of a cliffhanger
