Chi Chi is flat chested according to Goku IIRC. Then again, in the original manga any of the gurls were extremely big. If we're speaking of Super, Mirai Mai and in some shots Bulma are by far the biggest.

Bigger boobs is not what makes a better waifu trough, I think that's pretty obvious.

When two things contradict each other, either we ignore both or we choose which one should matter most.

In this case, there's not even a clear contradiction because I don't think any panel in the Buu arc is clear is showing that Chichi still has a big chest or that she has a bigger chest than Bulma. Whatever chest size she had in the past is not that relevant because people change physically over time. I'm not claiming that what Goku stated is relevant for all points in time in the series, just the point in time he said it. Wether it's a joke or not, like I said, I don't have much of a reason to assume that it's not true (in the Buu saga).

Of course it doesn't matter , I was just pointing out that Goku actually commented on Chichi's size and what he said. It's rare to have that kind of direct statement.

The Boo Saga is a bit tricky because the art in the manga is all over the place. I would have a much easier time with any other Saga.

The context of flat-chested was in comparison with Bulma. I wasn't taking it literally, as in literally flat. In any case, it wasn't an actual line after all which I didn't know.
