Perhaps the woman she was originally based on is or was a wife and mother. But the majin form applies to my statement.
Are people still arguing about this? She said technically because she was referring to her years as an android (she doesn't remember her human years). Plus, she never said she was a clone/copy of somebody else like 16 is. She literally referred to herself as a mother and wife.
