ZeroNeonix is right, you're being intellectually dishonest here. Tien isn't like that anymore, as he's undergone major character development during the story. Cherrypicking panels from before this development takes place is like saying "why doesn't Goku have a tail in the Super manga, Toyo is a hack" and then posting panels from early Dragon Ball where he hasn't had his tail removed yet. In other words, it's deliberate ignorance of the progress of the story.
There's already plenty of legitimate reasons to criticise Toyotaro. You don't have to invent fake ones.

So he lost the ability to insult someone? and there is no narrative to spin because Toyo is really good at showing how bad he is on his own.

But i do like that his manga is showing more blood so there is that.

I don't think there's a problem with someone's growth involving moving past the use of petty comments, especially if it's a gag and involves a loner monk that has little to no human contact for years, if not decades. I mean, it's not like John C. Reilly in Anger Management, he wasn't getting triggered or anything. He isn't inherently evil or mean, that stupid school was the culprit for that. He tried not that far-fetched insults on Magetta like calling him a pig when he looks more like a mammoth. He was coming a little short, that's all.

Also, why would Bulma know about Tenshinhan's trashtalk when only Krilin and Goku were inside the TB dome?
