While Goku Black could indeed be called "evil Goku" as that was obviously a rehashed Turles concept, Baby Vegeta is Baby in Vegeta's body, basically it. Baby himself was inspired by Hatchiyack a bit, that's a fact, but Baby Vegeta isn't "Evil Vegeta" concept in any way, that would be Copy Vegeta who basically had Vegeta's personality and called himself "Vegeta". People who call him "Evil Vegeta" or "another Vegeta" in case of FighterZ are just silly.

That wasn't my point, but whatever. If you paid attention to FighterZ topic you'd have known that i recently said counting Goku Black as "another Goku" in roster is dumb.

Ehhh, Black was not even really "evil Goku", he was just Zamasu in Goku's body.
Also, I don't think it is fair to say that a legitimate "evil Goku" would be a rehash of Tullece, as Tullece's character can easily be separated from Goku's.

When I look at Turles I see an ugly half-naked monkey man.

When I look at Black I see an actual elegant Kami-sama.

To this day I'll never understand why some people get Turles vibes from Black. Just because they have a similar facial structure doesn't really mean much when you consider the fact that they have completely different clothing, mannerism, personality, abilities, basically everything.

Once again that wasn't my point, so perhaps i didn't make it clear enough. Goku Black from story perspective is as much "evil Goku" as Baby was "evil Vegeta" - not at all. And that's a fact i won't deny. What i meant is that design-wise he was fanservice way to represent kinda cliche evil Goku concept, seeing his darker skin, sinister voice and wearing black gi, even being called "Goku (Black)" by characters. The major difference is having Goku's design and voice, sinister or not, was justified in story by a fact it's basically Goku's body, when Turles had Goku's voice and design for laughable reason. Still i see it obvious that they wanted to do evil version of Goku here and then probably just written story around him rather than doing opposite. Toriyama even admitted that entire concept was to create copy of Goku being inspired by copies of characters from other shows. So yeah, i'm not saying Goku Black is "evil Goku", i'm saying he was inspired by such concept only.
