Yeah haha. I want to make a guy named Aeon the first true threat to the multiverse the avatar of evil. The one person who makes gods piss themselves.

A Janemba-style reality-warper with a wicked sense of humor who's looking to see just how far he or she can go in terms of using his or her powers to take over a whole universe (why take over the whole universe? Why not?). Capable of committing some serious cosmic body-horror, but prefers gag-humor-style attacks that present unique challenges to his or her opponents.

My idea would be Blight, a villain along the lines of Gunyu/Baby, but he's more of a parasite that can only control one body at a time. After the resurrection of Freeza, he travels to earth (in a meteor), whereupon Goku intercepts the rock before it hits Capsule. Unfortunately, this was the opening Blight was hoping for, and now he has total control of Goku.

Another villain could be a Psionics based one.
