The Video is insane...
I decided to practice making music videos in WMM. I imported the audio, but I couldn't import video. When I clicked on "capture from video device" it said "a video capture device was not detected." What does that mean? o.o So I clicked on "Import video", and there was nothing in the files. Do I have to save the DVD on the computer or something? O__o
Yes... I am... but you don't know that...

"Capture From Video Device" means that you'll be actually capturing video from some kind of input source with a specialized video capture card. If you don't have one of these... then... no. You won't be using it.
It sounds like you're using DVD source footage.
