They wouldn't even have to give this form to Caulifla or Kale alone for 2 reasons:
-Even if they can't handle it, Kefla could, just like Gotenks could use SSJ3 despite Goten and Trunks alone not being able to
-They could make her use Bruits wave machine to make her tail regrow just like with Vegeta
