Dragonball doesn't have a single tone. It has both silly and serious moments, both humor and drama, just like real life. The idea that a work of fiction should be only all-comedy or all-serious is unnatural and frankly, retarded.

although a great concept only reminds me that cabba is too skinny ...
but it's still interesting to see different types of mergers with characters of different gender

My tribute to Goku day, and for the love of the recent FighterZ DLC, Kid Goku is amazing:

Re: Fan Works Explosion
I used to draw a ton of DB fanart back in high school, but my production has really dropped off as a working adult. For the first time in forever, I cranked out a couple small pieces related to my fanfic series, "What if Raditz went to Earth instead of Kakarrot?"
Raditz at 3-years-old:
I wasn’t happy with how child Raditz is depicted in the Super: Broly movie, because he didn’t look enough like Toriyama’s old style and too much like a chibi version of adult Raditz. My aim was to strike a balance, referencing his original armor, and to make him look shaggy-haired instead of prematurely balding.
Raditz at 15-years-old:
Raditz as he appears at the start of his mystical adventure, in a classic Goku pose. If I ever get around to coloring it, this outfit will get its color scheme from volume one of the Kanzenban, because I feel like that’ll go better with what remains of his Saiyan infiltrator outfit.
