I've just recently (on June 1st) launched a Dragon Ball fanart youtube channel, and I upload 3 videos a week (3 'series' if you will), on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Every Monday there'll be a new timelapse of an artwork referenced from the many, many pages of the Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z manga. The plan is to vary the look of these from week to week. Sometimes I might just sketch out the panel directly, sometimes I might go for a full colour rendition, sometimes I might even go too far with it (there's one of those in the pipeline)

Prior to early April this year, I hadn't drawn any Dragon Ball art in about 14 years (since high school, basically). So, every Wednesday, The Time Chamber is going to be my place where I practice, challenge myself and hopefully develop a bit of my own style going forward for my drawings. The goal is to get to a point where I'm drawing less and less (or not at all) from reference.

The main series of the channel, Robo Draws will be Dragon Ball art referenced from basically everywhere (promo material, trading cards, games etc) and will eventually transition into a place for my own Dragon Ball stuff (once I get more confident with going it alone). Like Manga Monday, the art styles will jump around a bit week-to-week, but more oft than not, these will be full colour images.
On June 1st I uploaded the first 5 episodes of Robo Draws for launch, and #006 came out today. The first episodes of Manga Monday and The Time Chamber also came out through the week.
If I stick to my schedule there should be 96 videos by the end of the year. I already have 31 of those in the can, so I've got myself a nice buffer.

Obviously the main goal is to free myself from reference, but ultimately I'd like to get to a point where I can maybe start doing some animation (I've done a small amount of animation for my intro and outro clips), or even a short fan manga. That wouldn't be until next year, but I guess we'll see.
