I don't know if anyone here is familiar with this person or their work but they post on twitter they are apparently Japanese based on info shown on twitter and if the rough translation of the Twitter bio and some tweets are correct a brother runs the twitter and he post the art on behalf of his sister who draws it. I am unsure of why she does not do it herself as the translation for a "reason" tweet that was given did not translate very well. Anyways check out https://twitter.com/mattari_illust they do a great job, in my opinion, great fan art. If anyone here in a different thread recommended them or talked about their work already sorry I did not see granted I did not look real hard either admittedly.
