Where Can I Commission Dragonball Fanart For an Affordable Price?

I really enjoy commissioning Dragonball fanart. I have found an artist whose art is of a high quality, but I'm looking for others that I could commission from as well. Perhaps some who are a bit cheaper, because I cannot always afford the $33 that I have to pay for an image such as this: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=44750. Preferably, any artists suggested accept commissions on a regular basis and could draw art that at least resembles Dragonball's style. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
