You should have some sort of conspiracy going on in the background between Freeza and Cooler and the rest to do some dastardly deeds and what not. : P And then havoc can reign supreme, Babidi can turn people into his minions, Cell can challenge random fighter to duels, it would be great.

I second your support of this, the only thing I can think of to explain why Broly is on par with Vegetto is that maybe the Goku & Vegeta from that universe weren't nearly as strong as the ones from our own familiar universe so subsequently Vegetto isn't as strong either.

I was sceptic when reading the first few pages, but by the end of page 32, it was an entertaining read! The artist is very talented, good intrpretations of certain characters. I also like your concept, Crisis of Infinite Earths meets Dragon Ball, haha. Looking forward to more, keep it up!

I really hope that they explain that with something like this, maybe in a panel where Vegeta and Goku talk with this Vegetto. I'm sure they'll come up with some way to explain it, since it seems to be the most commonly pointed out "flaw" in the entire story so far.

Gyehahaha, great work there! Its obvious you put a lot of work into this! The idea is really interesting, and the art style matches Toriyama's drawings well. I'm just glad to have seen an idea I had for a lil project show up as one of the universes (Goku never having hit his head, thus joining up with Vegeta, Nappa, and Radditz).

Yes, the art style is very good. And is that Tullece or Son? I think you're right. It may be Son.

Of course the tournament won't go as the organizers expected. But due to the insane number of fights scheduled, the surprises may be slow to come.

They are 20 universes that participe to the tournament according to the bonuses section of the site.
12 are known, 8 are still unknown.

-Universe 1: It's where the Vargas are from.

Figthers: The five Kaioshin (Not sure for all of them).
Viewers: The Vargas and the Nameks of that universe.

-Universe 7: All the Nameks have fuse into one to fight Freeza.

Figthers: The Super Namek.
Viewers: Apparently none.

-Universe 10: Freeza and his family were killed by the East Kaioshin.

Figthers: Some Saiyans and some Nameks.
Viewers: The rest.

-Universe 16: Close to Universe N°18, but with the apparent lack of some charaters like Goku, Uub, Vegeta and Pan.

Figthers: Unknown (Perhaps Gotenks).
Viewers: Unknown (Probably like the Universe 18: Videl, Gohan, Piccolo, Bra...)

-Universe 17: Cell had defeated Gohan.

Figthers: Cell, Cell Jr.
Viewers: Certainly none.

-Universe 18: Follow the manga/anime storyline up to Goku leaving with Uub.

Nice list of universe, and very accurate

To tell you the truth, I still keep some universes empty, so I can had better characters that come to me after some time, or very good suggestions from .. you.

Many versions of universes with our beloved humans being the bests still don't seems good to me.
1) they are ooooold (but that can be arranged)
2) they are weeeeeeeak

If they never met saiyens, then what level can they have ? Young Piccolo's at best... Any Sayen will kill them.. Or they had extraordinary adventures, like they fought raditz, and then nappa and vegeta by themselves... hum...
If I change their force, I have to change their story too, and therefore, change what they are.
And the goal is to show you characters you know.

Cool looking manga. Looks like one of the old alternate universes ideas, again. Well, I suppose that's the only way you can have a bunch of "what-if" type things and movie characters and such and still have the story make sense. The excuse will always just be, "He's from an alternate universe!" lol
The concept of alternate universes and such has become so common these days. I wonder what the very first thing out there to use such an idea was?

The latest page appears to be a whole new universe with just original characters. Something seems weird about them, though. Perhaps it's that they've all apparently got guns and such weapons. It'll feel strange for there to be any universe where there's technology that could do squat against the likes of Buu. lol

lol Every option Goku had that moment when he decided to just fuse anyway after Gohan was absorbed provides another universe possibility, huh? The thing that always bothered me there was that he didn't use his head... Tenshinhan would have been his best option! He just took a glance and notices Ten was down and then looked at Satan's ugly mug figuring if he's being forced to fight right there an estimated 0.1% difference is more helpfull than nothin'... What he should've done is remembered Dende's healing ability and had him heal Ten and then fuse with him! It's true that fusing with Mr Satan would probably give him so much luck he'd always have a miracle to somehow pull him through.

But a Shin kikoho from a ssj3 would be much more cool and powerful. And, more importantly, it would've given an old character a chance to shine again.

If you consider that Vegetto is there, shouldn't that label everybody weak? lol There are saiya-jins there that never got any technology and so apparently can't even go ssj, that'd likely make them all even weaker than Freeza. The Kaioshins were all even weaker than Gohan was at the start of the Buu saga. The Humans may also fall in the "weak" category but they could still have weak people to fight or some role to play(even just serve as viewers lol). There could always be matches for weak characters that know they can't win but want to fight anyway.

That is what I've been waiting to hear the most. The only other universe I am going to suggest is one where the evil being (that was said to be almost as strong as Majin Buu) who trapped Rou Dai Kaioshin was not defeated/stopped and continued to scourge the universe. I think he would be a great character to add.

I am really happy to see a manga that:

1) Doesn't contain anything from DBGT or DBAF

2) Plays with possible outcomes of different timelines/dimensions

3) Shows a variety of characters that we wished we would have seen, like the Super Namek or Goku as a evil Saiyan.

4) Is well drawn, and very close to Akira Toriyamas style.

I like the story so far!

I don't like (not that important though):

1) The lack of humans. If the Saiyans that are without technology can be there, humans can too. The saiyans probably lie around 1,500-5,000 and the humans reach at least around 50.000, which is enough to even beat the saiyans with technology.
The humans had the room of spirit and time and it's not impossible that some of the humans got strong enough to be able to train by Korin and Kami, and then later Kaio.
But it would probably lead to too much characters anyway.

2) The Broly thing that you explained earlier in the thread. If his power keeps growing by the minute, Goten and Trunks wouldn't be able to even scratch Broly in any of the movies. But whatever

Are those supposed to be power levels? Anyway, the humans did train under Korin and Kaio-sama (who is stronger and above Kami) and they were all way outclassed by the Saiya-jins even before Dragonball ended.

They are more supposed to be an estimate of powerlevels, not an actual fact.

If there was a universe where the humans were the strongest it would mean that
1) Goku didn't exist/got killed as a kid.
2) The humans got strong enough to handle King Piccolo and the Saiyans.

Both of those are possible events, which leads to that Cell didn't exist, nor the androids and Buu didn't got awoken due to lack of chi on Earth.
In that universe the humans were the strongest.

Also, if weak non-tech Saiyans and Nameks can be there, so can humans. That's my opinion.
