Seen any DragonBall vanity plates?

Post by MajinVejitaXV » Thu Apr 16, 2009 7:45 pm

Random, but I noticed someone in my apartment complex has "VEGETA6" as their license plate. First time, at least that I recall, that I've seen a DragonBall-related vanity plate.

Anyone else catch any?

I saw someone with "SSJ3" as their license plate a while back.

I might get a "SAIYAMAN" one if they can fit it all on the plate.

"SSJ DBZ"

My friend pointed it out, thinking it was an amazing coincidence. Quebec plates without numbers don't exist though, so it was either a vanity plate or an illegal one.

I haven't seen any..

I don't have a drivers license, but mine would be of course SAIYAN (six letters and/or numbers on western Canada plates).
Just Saiyan...

Does SATAN666 count as Dragon Ball related? :)

Maybe.

Then again, probably not.

I think I'm more interested in how the possessor got away with that. You'd think state laws would prohibit religious stuff on official license tags...

Unless it was one of those tags you buy at a novelty store. Then it makes sense.

I saw "DB" on one car followed by a "GT" on a second car the day.

I saw "DBZ" awhile back, like maybe two or three months ago, but it was most likely a coincidence and not actually referencing Dragon Ball.

Is it relatively easy for you guys to get license plate changes? It can be very expensive to get a custom plate here, All the good ones go for one heck of a price.
Do you have to have number plates on the front and back of your cars?

Oh what I would do to get a SSJ Vegeta Number plate.... Ours has to have numbers mixed in I believe.

My mom used to have a Subaru with "414-BUU," but this was before I got into Dragon Ball Z. :D

I was applying for a loan to get a new car, 2009 Ford Fusion. I might look into getting a "A", "H", and a "-" in the style of the letering.

I'm from Pennsylvania, and I remember a couple of years ago, the new license numbers being distributed all began with DBZ. I had hopes that I would receive a DBZ plate, but it didn't quite work out. The one thing I thought was amusing was seeing a person driving a car from Faulkner Honda with a DBZ plate. I know Faulconer is spelled differently, but I still found it amusing.
