Which will you get Dragon Ball Z Kai Part 1 or Dragon Box 3?

This is mostly to discuss what the users here are getting since they both come out in the same time frame and both something of interest. Personally since my birthday was only a few weeks ago I paid for it with my birthday money. So what are you guys getting? Dragon Ball Z Kai Part 1 or Dragon Box 3?

Box 3. Though, I haven't bought Box 2 yet. ^^;

I like the voice actors' Z performances better than the Kai ones. Also, I'm not fond of Kai's redrawn scenes.

Definitely Box 3. Don't know if I'm getting Kai at all...

Definitely Box 3. Getting the other 3 series is my main priority right now, especially the Dragon Boxes.

Box 3. Just purchased Box 2 today. I'll wait for some reviews and price drops before I decide to start "investing" in an entirely new release. I'm still holding off on buying the Dragon Ball Season Sets, holding out hope for some whisper of DB Dragon Boxes.

Dragon Box 3. I've waited far too long to get a non-stupid release of Z. I don't feel like starting over from the Saiyan arc for the fourth time, y'know?

Dragon Box Three. I've already pre-ordered it. I have doubts about whether I'll get Kai on the release date. The Dragon Boxes are much higher priority.

Well that depends on whenever the hell I can get a steady income. I still don't have the first Dragon Box. ;_;

This. Ugh, I hate the timing with Kai. As if FUNimation wasn't already going to have to push to convince people to buy the Dragon Boxes, they've decided to defy all logic and compete with their own product! And, unfortunately, I see Kai as the enemy. The Dragon Boxes MUST be successful! Kai, I'm afraid, is going to ruin everything!

Both. I don't think I'll be collecting all of Kai, but I'll at least purchase the first set to show some support, especially if the dub ends up being good. If so, I also hope FUNi gives us some accessible way to watch said dub other than having to buy the DVDs. I'm crossing my fingers and praying for some online streaming, like they do with One Piece.

Meanwhile, the FUNiBoxes are finally the best way available to collect DBZ, and consarnit I'm gonna buy 'em!

Dragon Box 3? I don't even have the second one yet!

I won't be getting Kai DVDs/Blu-Rays at all unless the dub is exceptional for the material. Even then, I'd only be getting some of the Namek episode sets. Kai is censored and I have a hard time getting excited about adding censored anime to my collection.

I already have Volume Three on pre-order. I'm not sure if I want to buy Dragon Ball Kai, at least not right away.

Dragon Box 3, without a doubt. I lost all interest in Kai after episode 4 and spent long enough watching a cut-up edited version of the show. I happen to rather like a lot of filler and I adore my shiny shiny DBoxes.

Dragon Ball Z Kai: The Complete First Season.

Collecting a series this long in the form of "part 1" and "part 2" is redonk. So, neither.

Both for sure. Gotta keep up the DragonBox collection and support that release, but I'm really excited for Kai's dub.
