On a side note, is the Dragon Ball GT Complete Set also a Wal-Mart exclusive?
No, the Dragon Ball GT Complete set is available at other retailers i.e. Amazon.com etc.

They're Walmart exclusives for right now, but they may soon be available at other retailers.

I know the Moribito economy box set was at first a Walmart exclusive, but then became available at BB and TRSI. So it just might be a temporary thing. Perhaps when FUNi is done shipping the existing stock of the season bricks, they'll make the season bundles available to more retailers.
