Dragon Ball References 2
To avoid being busted for necroposting, I've revived this thread in a new and not-so-improved form.
Anyways, to kick it off, I can't believe it took me so long to realise this.
As confirmed in interviews, the popular Japanese rock singer, Gackt, mimicked the Super Saiyan hair when recording the PV (promotional video / music video) for his song "Vanilla".
Proof?

An issue of the Ranma 1/2 manga makes a couple of Dragonball references. Don't recall exactly where, though.

I actually read that that was Megumi Hayashibara's nephew. It was in her biographic manga about her experiences getting into the voice acting business. And that she had done it as a favour to Hayashibara to get her nephew to eat his vegetables, since Hayashibara always was having trouble convincing him. Or perhaps that's a different incident? Probably Nozawa's done it as a favour to many people over the years.

In Eiichiro Oda's one-shot book ''Wanted!'', in the story ''A Future Present from God'', there's someone in the crowds wearing an exact replica of Goku's clothing, though with longer sleeves, and blonde SSJ-esque hair. (Page 64).
