What would you like to have? Me personally, I wish I could have Kaioshin's "Kai-Kai" technique so I can move to anywhere I want in a flash with no bother of traffic, tolls, and other car problems, and thus saving a lot of money and time.

In that case, I'll go for Kibito's Kai-Kai too. You don't have to lock on to anyone's ki to teleport.

If we were in the Dragon World, yes.

But in real-life, I doubt it. You wouldn't be able to sense that person's ki, since you haven't met them in person.

Which isn't that Instant Transmissions actual translation? Or is Instantaneous Movement?

Otherwise? Yeah, come in handy for SO many things, saving gas would be the ultimate conclusion.
