Let's not forget Bakuman!
Been watching the Cantonese dub lately and there is piles and piles of Dragonball references thrown in throughout the show.
The world is your's.

Kaioken was exactly what I thought of when Lee first used it against Gaara.

The one I remember best is from the Glass House.

I might be looking into some of these too much and there may not be an intentional reference in some of them. But they reminded me of it nonetheless.

Mortal Kombat Armageddon - Goku's hairstyle.

No More Heroes - Travis' hair turns blond during some Dark Side modes.

Power Stone - Wang Tang's hair can turn blond and he can throw a "Big Dragon Ball" Genki Dama.

Segagaga - Parody game.

Under the Skin - There's a guy in a red gi and spiky blond hair named "Dragon Paul".

WWE - Some of the games have Scouter-like accessories to use on created characters.

Ah man, nobody ever caught the reference in "Avatar: The Last Airbender"? I haven't seen many Episodes past Season 1, but I did see this...

Now, Katara doesn't have to choose between Zuko and Aang !

Most wrestling games have Goku's SSJ1 hairstyle as an option for create-a-wrestler. Another one in particular had Vegeta's armor.
Yamcha: Do you remember the spell to release him - do you know all the words?
Bulma: Of course! I'm not gonna pull a Frieza and screw it up!
Master Roshi: Bulma, I think Frieza failed because he wore too many clothes!

In the opening of Shamisen Melancholy of Haruhi chan, they say Kamehameha:

Code Name Kids Next Door spoofs Dragon Ball Z:

EDIT

Now that I think about it more, in a film called Are We There Yet? two kids go up to the clerk, asking about having any Dragon Ball GT merchandise. In the film Agent Cody Banks, there's a Dragon Ball poster in the background of someone's bedroom. I guess the Gintama Dragon Ball episode would count as well...

Tekken (5) Dark Ressurection had Goku SSJ hair in character customization, but the color was blue neon, or something like that.
James Teal (Animerica 1996) wrote:When you think about it, there are a number of similarities between the Chinese-inspired Son Goku and that most American of superhero icons, Superman. Both are aliens sent to Earth shortly after birth to escape the destruction of their homeworlds; both possess super-strength, flight, super-speed, heightened senses and the ability to cast energy blasts. But the crucial difference between them lies not only in how they view the world, but in how the world views them.

Superman is, and always has been, a symbol for truth, justice, and upstanding moral fortitude–a role model and leader as much as a fighter. The more down-to-earth Goku has no illusions about being responsible for maintaining social order, or for setting some kind of moral example for the entire world. Goku is simply a martial artist who’s devoted his life toward perfecting his fighting skills and other abilities. Though never shy about risking his life to save either one person or the entire world, he just doesn’t believe that the balance of the world rests in any way on his shoulders, and he has no need to shape any part of it in his image. Goku is an idealist, and believes that there is some good in everyone, but he is unconcerned with the big picture of the world…unless it has to do with some kind of fight. Politics, society, law and order don’t have much bearing on his life, but he’s a man who knows right from wrong.

I just remembered, in the the 2010 family comedy "Tooth Fairy", there was a scene showing a Goku action figure in Randy's room.

Totally forgot this reference in ReBoot. This scene is more of a Pokemon parody, but a Super Saiyan does appear at about 2:40.

In South Park: Bigger, Longer, and Uncut, at the end when Cartman is attacking Saddam Hussein, Trey at Matt totally put that Ssj like aura around him and did that stereotypical anime action sequence as he's charging that electric attack.

In Square Enix's Final Fantasy XI, there are often several seasonal or holiday based events. This summer's event included a mini-quest to aid a couple NPCs in a "dance off" of sorts against a reoccuring foe.

Here's the link to a part of the dialogue from the mini-quest I took a screenshot of, and I'm sure the reference is quite obvious.

I also Cartman uses the word "Kamehameha" in the movie as well from what I can remember (I could be wrong since it been a while since I watched the film).

Its in the scene where he sings this. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2hXgAYku2PA Though I think its referring to the former king of Hawaii.

Reminds me of when Krillin dies, then Goku turns SSJ.
