Dragon Ball sheet music books

So I came across a few of these on eBay just now, things like "Dragon Ball Complete Songs" and a couple of Kai ones. Does anybody here have them? Are they official? What's in them?

I've never come across these before, so I thought they were quite an interesting find. This is a sheet music thread
