I read this on the Kanzenshuu site:
"Several years after their release, FUNimation allowed the series to go out-of-print. Certain volumes of the series (namely the Tournament Saga) reached around $100 on second-hand retail sites."
I notice a lot of the singles (especially new) are really expensive. Why is that? Are there any other Dragonball,Z,GT singles that are just as expensive?
My second question is:
I also read this:
"The series was also released out of order, with the King Piccolo Saga and Piccolo Jr. Saga coming out, for example, much earlier than the middle of the series."
I'm a bit confused by this. Does this count for the VHS release only? Or are the DVD's the same? Are they listed in correct order on the site?
Question about the single DVD's

Re: Question about the single DVD's
The singles DVD release was an absolute nightmare out of order schedule mess. The second to last set to come out was the cell games (after kid buu), and after that the VERY last set to get a release before the "ultimate uncuts" came out was the Great Saiyaman discs. It was truely a difficult time to put up with... I should know, I still have all of them... >.<

Re: Question about the single DVD's
On the site they're not listed by release date. They're listed in series\episode order. It's much easier this way. If it was the other way around you'd have the Vegeta Saga next to the Great Saiya-Man Saga.eledoremassis02 wrote:...Are they listed in correct order on the site?

Re: Question about the single DVD's
Oh I see. It makes sense now. For some reason I was thinking it had to do with the episodes and not when the DVD itself was released.Tanooki Kuribo wrote:On the site they're not listed by release date.
