Anybody know the difference between the standard limited edition and the steel book limited edition? I want to get it, but I'm not sure of the difference between the two.

The steelbook limited edition comes in a steelbook...

Seriously, you answered your own question. The Blu-ray is in a steelbook instead of a digipak case, and I think there are different images between the two. Everything else is the same.

I have a question regarding Amazon Japan. I Pre-Ordered BoG a couple weeks ago, and I realized I had opted to pay in yen, not USD. I was checking today, and that order has now disappeared. I don't remember cancelling it myself, but it's gone. Did it automatically cancel itself because I had selected the "yen" option while using a US card number for payment?

Amazon never cancels orders, no it would not cancel just because you chose yen as your financial institution would convert the exchanging rate.
You may want to quickly order it again to be safe as they are shipping now.

I know there is some extras in the limited edition video wise, anyone have an idea of what that would be?

I think they'll use fedex as I've pre-ordered stuff from amazon japan but I guess we'll see.
Because they charged your card we'll most likely get a tracking number later today (as it's 6:11 AM in Tokyo at the moment).

Haha, trying not to get too excited, just in case it's a mistake. I can't see NZ listed on the JFF website, but the Event Cinemas listing on the NZ website does appear to be separate from the AUS one, since the rating, summary and poster haven't been added yet. I've sent an email to clarify but I haven't received a reply yet.

Anyway, according to Julian's Twitter, he may be receiving his copy of the film today:
