Is anyone else a little disturbed at how openly they wanted to be friends with Beerus at the end? I mean just because he saved your planet because you amused him doesn't make him not a psycho murderer.

Well, they became friends with Vegeta, and he's much more of a psycho murderer than Beerus. Like everyone else has said, destruction is Beerus's divine purpose.

But yeah, like others have already said, past evil deeds haven't stopped our main group of characters from eventually coming to accept people before. They acclimated to having Tenshinhan around pretty quickly after he broke Yamcha's leg; didn't really take too long for Piccolo to be treated as one of the gang for the most part; Vegeta it did take a while, but mostly because he was still being pretty dickish more than anything else. There's still 18 and Boo for that matter too.

I wouldn't say obvious. Beerus' divine ki can't be sensed by normal beings. Aside from us watching the events unfold (obviously), the only ones there that should truly be aware of his little act are Goku, Whis and Beerus himself (Kaio and the Kaioshin would know too),

Destruction is as important as Creation in a universe. Stars die, and from their deaths rise new stars and worlds. Several of the more complicated elements we have on Earth come from the destruction of stars that had created them.

Yeah, the movie doesn't spell it out maybe as much as it should, but the chouzenshuu explain that the purpose of having a God of Destruction is basically to guard against universal overpopulation. Kaioshin goes around creating planets and life-forms, and Beerus blows some up every now and then to balance it out and keep things from getting too crowded. Of course, maybe it'd be simpler and less bloody to just have Kaioshin not create so many planets in the first place, but whatever.

It's a version of the Daizenshuu 4 map that some fan has colorized (the original is in gray scale) and very poorly translated into English. But yeah, that's it.

Right, it's a bit vague on the map itself, but the "Field" section in Daizenshuu 4 that goes along with the map makes it clear that it's Goku's landing spot after he returns from Namek (notice how it's located near Freeza's landing site).

I don't mind Vollmer as Bulma at all, but Rial does a good job too. I was a bit worried when she first got cast - not acting wise, because she is an amazing actress - but she does tend to get cast as rather...'shrill' characters a lot, and I was worried that was the kind of voice we'd get out of her for Bulma. That turned out not to be the case at all thankfully though.

I've had the pleasure of talking with her on Twitter on one or two occasions. She usually gets the high pitch roles due to having a naturally high pitch voice (A little bit lower than her May Cheng voice) but she has shown on multiple other roles that she has a very impressive voice range. Listen to her Mirai Bulma, Tsubaki (from Soul Eater), and Miya (from Sekirei).

If we're talking about Monica's voice range Stocking from Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt is the epitome of Monica voice range with her latest role of Tomoko from WataMote a close second. Speaking of P&S Jamie Marchi as Panty and Chris Sabat as Garter are the ultimate in crude, vulgar and stuff you would never expect to come out of Funimation.

Which really doesn't make much sense given the vastness of space, even in the DB universe.

It's the non-important, off-hand remarks where they took, in my opinion, far too many liberties.

Manga UK's release is scheduled for November 10th, and it'd be super weird for a sub-license holder to put out another company's dub before they do it themselves. That's probably the school of thought pegging it for October.

I think more releases will be on the way, or FUNi is keeping it under wraps. There's no way Manga UK will get a FUNi release out before FUNimation decides to put theirs out.
